A Little Birthday

Yesterday’s party was so much fun.  We had great food, great family to talk to, and more treats than we could eat. ( I gave away 12 plates of extra’s today and I still have more than I can eat!)

Creamie finally knows that she is two years old.  And she can almost show you.  Clearly we still need a little more practice on the peace sign.

Creamie’s favorite toy was this little typewriter.  I shouldn’t have let her open it until the very end.  Because after it was out of the box she couldn’t tear herself away from it long enough to take the paper off another box.

And after a little prodding to maybe open one more present, this is what happened.  She picked it up and walked away where no one could reach her or her new best friend.  It was so sweet to see her love this little toy so much.  She wanted to take it to bed with her last night.  She was willing to give up her baby and her stuffed puppy and everything.  It warms my heart.
