Oh, hello.

It has been a long week.  I’d love to say that everyone is better and things are great and my whole life has turned around and I’m ready for a fresh start to life.  Well, not quite true.  Creamie is doing much better though.  She’ll be done with a round of antibiotics in a few days, is sleeping mostly like a normal 2 year old (sans naps) and is nearly back to her happy self.  Today she looked at me and said “Mama, I need a question.  A BIIIIIIGGG one.”  OK, shoot I responded. Do you want to know what her big question was? “Why?”  That girl is sometime wise beyond her years.

I’ve been struggling with the cruddies for more than a month now.  I’m finally on my own round of antibiotics (for a completely new and unrealted to cruddies kind of ick).  We have two more doctors appointments scheduled this week (one for me, one for her).  And I really hope that by Friday my life has settled back down into some kind of normal.  It feels like it has been a long time since things felt normal.  In other good news, Creamie’s birthday party is set for this weekend, which will be a great incentive for me to finally put away the last of my Christmas decorations (don’t judge).
