Tonight we are making very good use of a fantastic Christmas present from Scott’s brother. It’s the most brilliant invention ever. Seriously.

The Skookie. One giant cookie cooked in a small cast iron skillet. Top with vanilla ice cream and consume immediately. I’m in heaven.

Ooooh this reminds me of the half baked cookie thing you can get at the pie. They add whipped cream, chocolate, caramel, and a cherry like a sundae. It is sooo amazingly good. This is definitely going on my Amazon Wishlist! 🙂

We discovered the skookie 2 years ago & have loved it ever since 🙂 We also enjoy making mini pizzas with them! I’m sure Creamie would have fun with that 🙂
My in-laws own it too. There aren’t many things yummier than a hot cookie and ice cream. Glad you are getting good use out of it!
