Gingerbread Doughnuts

A few days ago we went to Krispy Kreme after dinner so Creamie could watch the doughnuts being made. For only having two or three doughnuts in her short life, she sure is in love with them. And, truly, what is not to love about a warm doughnut.
I got a gingerbread doughnut. It was probably the most delicious thing I have purchased for under $1 ever. You must go get one before this season is over! It was to die for delicious.
Creamie was having a hard time with all the stickiness on her fingers. So she did what any motivated one year old would do, and got creative. She is so funny it kills me.

I don’t know what it is about doughnuts, but both Tom and I have been craving them lately. We bought some the other week…. bad idea… but so tasty!
And that last picture is priceless. 🙂
I’ve never eaten a Krispy Kreme donut. Just one more reason I need to get myself to SLC. I don’t like stickiness on my fingers either, Creamie.

I love krispy kreme donuts so much that I can completely understand the face plant into one. I have the same reaction when I see a box of chocolate covered cream filled ones!
alas… here in NorCal, we may have In ‘N ‘Out, but no Krispy Kreme.

For a split second, I thought I was looking at a picture of myself there attacking a donut. I’m with Creamie…when eating donuts, go in face first.
So cool KK has gingerbread donuts! My 4 year old is currently obsessed with all thing gingerbread. I might have to stop by and get him one (and get myself four or five).
I must get myself to a Krispy Kreme. Stat.
