A Pink Spring

May 2, 2010

Yesterday was May Day.  And it felt very much like Spring.  We woke up to rain and cold and wind.  Then it turned to snow and more wind and cold.  But after a few hours the sun came out and it was pleasant springy weather (as long as you were still wearing your jacket).  Of course, let’s not forget that Winter is my favorite season.   Ah winter, I miss you already.   I love waking up to snow any day of the year.  (See this list for all my wintery love posts.)  I made this page last night for my Art Journal class, which I am absolutely LOVING.   (See all my pages here .)

Don’t forget to enter my Sewiversary Giveaway .  My cute sister heidikins gave me this awesome bracelet last week.  I bet she didn’t know that the day she gave it to me was the real Sewiversary.  And that there wasn’t a better thing she could have possibly given me.  She’s kind of awesome like that.  Jewelry + Sew-iness + Pink = LOVE.  It’s turning out to be a very pink inspired spring at my house.  More on that tomorrow.

And you’ve created yet another amazing page for your journal. You are so so very talented.

Again, I am so in love with these journals that you use to write in! I would happily buy one from you if you sold them, you are so creative and definitely how I want to be.

Thanks again for all the blogs, its so nice of you to post all this stuff for us. And if everyone is like me, they will have viewed every single page of your blog!
