Vacation Time

August 12, 2010

I’m still in vacation mode.  And if I was going to get in my car and drive for hours and hours this is where I would go.

First up would be some thrift stores.  I can’t help it.  I loves them!

The Pyrex Museum in Bremerton WA.  So so awesome!

Springfield, MO.  But not until the end of October.  I really want to visit the going to be new RedVelvet Art store.  They are going to have cupcakes!  And craftiness!

Amsterdam.  My friend just moved here, and I am kind of falling in love.  I know.  I can’t drive here, I’ll take the boat.  Where would you go?

I’d be right in there with ya on the trip to A’dam. I LOVE it there! The sewing/craft market on Tuesdays is a notion-freak’s nirvanna – lace, buttons, trims. Ahhhhhhh! Start saving your Euros!

Brasil or France. Two completely different places, but places I’d like to go, none-the-less.

Hey, my moustache mugs! What a nice little surprise in my Google Reader today! 🙂

Also, that sounds like a dream road/boat trip, for sure! I think I’d have to do NYC (to visit my bestie), Chicago (fave city), and San Diego (because … well, it’s gorgeous!).

    What a fun post –

Hmmm, let me see – probably Italy. I went there once, and absolutely LOVED it!
Of course, we have been on a Jane Austen kick lately, so a Jane-Austen related tour in Bath would be nice too…
If not, Yorkshire, England is my next pick. I love James Herriot!
