This weekend I made another Neopolitan Birthday Cake for 3 girl friends with birthdays 3 days in a row-presented the cake yesterday at super bowl get together. The guys,all watching the game with their beverage of choice, joined our corner of the room and raved over the cake. Once cut , they saw it was the not the “ordinary” cake, and make a beeline for it. I too love crafting with kids (in my case my grandson). I use a paint cloth on our dining room table so I don’t have to worry about little paint and glue accidents that will happen for sure.
